季節風
seasonal [periodic] wind, monsoon
periodic: happening a number of times, usually at regular times - LDCE
monsoon: 1. the season, from about April to October, when it rains a lot in India and other southern Asian countries 2. the heavy rain that falls during the monsoon, or the wind that brings the rain - LDCE
