1. 彼は私の兄と同じくらいの年だと思う。
＜訳例＞
I suppose he is about as old as my brother.
2. ぼくは彼と同じ分量のビールを飲んだ。
＜訳例＞
I drank as much beer as him [he did].
◎＜as many / much ... as＞「〜と同じ数[量]の…」
◎ as の後の代名詞について。文法的には主格が正しくても、くだけた日常会話では目的格を用いるのがふつうです。主格を用いる場合は、as の後に＜S + V＞の形を続けます。
3. 日本の人口はあなたの国の人口の約10倍です。

＜訳例＞
The population of Japan is about ten times as large as that of your country.
◎＜倍数 + as ... as＞「〜の X 倍…」《... は形容詞・副詞または形容詞＋名詞》
倍数は、2倍には twice, 3倍以上は X times の形を用います。
◎名詞の繰り返しを避けるために、＜the + 名詞＞（ここでは the population）の代わりに＜that of＞の形を用いることがあります。
